Synthesis of MnO۲/TiO۲ Composite Photocatalyst for the degradation of Tetracycline inSynthetic Wastewater

The present study focuses on synthesizing pure manganese dioxide (MnO۲) and the binary compositeof MnO۲ and titanium dioxide (TiO۲) to degrade pharmaceutical pollutants. The crystal structure of thesynthesized materials was confirmed by XRD analysis. The degradation of tetracycline (TC) under Laboratorynormal light using MnO۲ and Mno۲/Tio۲ photocatalysts were ۷۳% and ۸۲%, respectively.
