Fabrication of antibacterial spray based on Sodium alginate and chitosan

Sprayable hydrogels have attracted considerable attention for application in the field of biomedicinedue to their moldability and high efficiency in encapsulating therapeutic materials and cells. To obtain an idealcomposite, we created a type of gel from hydrogel spray based on alginate, chitosan and Saqez essential oil,which has antibacterial properties and can heal wounds. This sprayable hydrogel can create a gel layer on thewound area in a short period of time and accelerate the wound healing process by providing antibacterialproperties.
