چکیده مقاله:

This study aimed to produce an anticancer protein by fusing a GnRH targeting peptide to hpRNase۱ tospecifically target tumor cells expressing the GnRH receptor. The chimeric protein inhibited the proliferation ofspecific cancer cells and decreased the IC۵۰ values more than non-fused hpRNase۱ did, showing potential fortumor elimination.
