Antibacterial effect of magnetic nanocomposite hydrogel on E.coli

In this research, fabrication an antibacterial nanocomposite hydrogel was investigate. For this purpose,first, Fe۳O۴ nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation method and coated by APTES then added tosodium alginate solution. The antibacterial effect was evaluated against E.coli, which showed that thenanocomposite have high antibacterial activity against this bacteria.
