چکیده مقاله:

In the last few decades, the importance of probiotics has been explained in the scientific community, but the use of these living microorganisms in the body has always faced many challenges. Therefore, lookingfor a new window into the world of postbiotics as metabolites and valuable compounds of probiotics, wedecided to expand the importance and position of these valuable substances that are less known to scientificcommunities and clinical professionals. Postbiotics are bioactive substances that are produced duringfermentation in the bacterial environment. There are mutual interactions and dynamics between the bacterialcommunity and their products and the host, which can affect the composition of the microbiome by regulatingthe synthesis of specific proteins or by expressing changes in receptors. Postbiotics based on structure(peptides, short chain fatty acids and plasmalogens), carbohydrates, proteins (p۴۰, p۷۵ molecule, lactospin), Bvitamins, organic acids (such as ۳-phenyllactic acid) and various complex molecules (Like lipoteichoic acids,peptidoglycan-derived muropeptides are classified and effectively target the host's metabolic and immunesystems. Postbiotic administration is a new and promising strategy for a growing number of diseases, especially those that affect the immune system. From a technological point of view, postbiotics may be aninteresting source of raw materials or active pharmaceutical ingredients for drug discovery and productionprocesses. We specifically focus on the interactions of postbiotics with molecular targets, which we believe is aroute to a safer and more controllable alternative to live probiotic administration.
