Comparative detection of novel coronavirus genome based on Real-time-PCR & RT-LAMP

The aim of this work is molecular based detection of the new corona virus and comparison of realtime PCR with RT-LAMP techniques in order to reduce the time of the diagnosis process, the ease of work withthe least consumable equipment and reduce costs
