چکیده مقاله:

Post-traumatic stress disorder have long caught the spotlight of medical professionalsand researchers as one of the most significant health challenges in society. In addition totheir health-related results, numerous illnesses have significant psychological effects thathave a direct effect on the quality of life of the individuals who struggle with them. Inthis case, the pursuit of effective and practical treatments that might expedite theenhancement of those in need has persisted. Hypnotherapy is one of the most recentand beneficial methods that has garnered increased interest nowadays. As a progressivetherapeutic method, hypnosis utilizes the introduction of a profound state ofconsciousness and concentration to reduce pain, decrease anxiety, and boost anindividual’s mental and physical health in general. However, further research is requiredto completely comprehend this method’s effectiveness in managing post-traumaticstress disorder, as it has not yet received sufficient consideration. This research attemptsto present a thorough and detailed overview of the methods by which hypnotherapyhelps patients with these diseases. It is our goal that this research may enhance the wellbeingof those who struggle with this illness and play a role in the growth of treatmentsthrough developments in technology.
