چکیده مقاله:

This research delves into the numerical optimization of star-shaped lattice structures, emphasizing their application in engineering for effective vibration isolation. In contrast to prior endeavors primarily centered on broadening vibration bandgaps, our innovative approach directs attention to stress concentration effects within the lattice structure unit cell. The strategic rounding of corners in the star-shaped lattice structure unit cell serves to mitigate stress concentration, resulting in a notable enhancement of vibration bandgap frequencies and an overall improvement in vibration isolation efficiency. The introduction of a flower-shaped unit cell emerges as a standout, demonstrating superior performance, particularly in low-frequency ranges below ۸ kHz. This unique structure proves effective for practical implementation in vibration control and structural safety. Furthermore, the study not only presents valuable findings but also paves the way for future research, pinpointing the significance of geometric optimization of lattice structures in reducing stress and elevating vibration bandgap frequencies, particularly at lower frequencies.
