Optimizing & Increasing of Industries Oroductivity With Maintenance Planning Management ofIndustrial Machinery

With the growth of technology , control and physical asset managrment also improvement oftheir continuous performance to increase productivity is an ambiguous and essential necessity .Efficiency increasing can be done indifferent methods , i.e. changesin the performance of a smallpiecein the production process and optimal control . In the majority of organizathions , the mostof the managers time spend the current activities while it is necessary to allocate more timesfor planning and control activities in order to increase productivity . one of the case ismaintenance planning for industrial machinery and equipment . in this paper , the effect of theapplication of maintenance program on output of manufacturing and servicing organizations first, definitions are presented in the following of the merits and disadvantages of different methodsand finally the results of the study have been expressed .
