چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of laughter therapy on the quality of life of families with depressed spouses or couples have been . The current research is an experimental research. The statistical population of the current research is a depressed spouse or couple Hospitals It is Ardabil in ۲۰۲۲ , among which ۲۰ people were selected by random sampling method . Miller's quality of life questionnaire was used to collect data , data was used with spss ۲۵ and descriptive statistics of paired t-test . Statistically significant tests showed the effect of laughter therapy on the quality of life in depressed spouses or couples Average and ( deviation Standard ) scores Total Quality Life At patients Before And next From laugh therapy ۲۸.۴ ۳ ( ۴.۷ ) and ۴۱.۵ ( ۴.۶ ۰ ) respectively . It is significant at the level of ۰.۰۱ percent . According to the findings of the present research, laughter therapy can be considered effective in improving the quality of life . Also, in order to prevent the reduction of the quality of life in patients with depressed spouses or couples, it is suggested that supportive and educational programs for laughter therapy be implemented for them .
