چکیده مقاله:
In today's society, maintaining and improving mental health is of particular importance. Since psychology is used as a diverse field in the study of human beings and human behavior, the use of psychological guidelines and techniques can greatly help to increase the quality of life. This article examines important techniques and strategies suggested by psychologists to increase the mental health of people. The techniques provided are suitable for people's lifestyles, which generally include meditation and mental awareness, regular physical exercise, effective planning, Stress and anxiety management, Study and knowledge of psychology, communication skills, self-care and self-awarenes and Self-management and meaningful goals . These techniques can help a person cope better with the challenges and stresses of everyday life and promote the improvement of their mental health. Overall, this article has attempted to provide readers with strategies and techniques that seek to improve and maintain mental health, and we hope you find it useful.
