Energy production and income of ۵ kW solar power plant inBoukan, Iran

In today's life, energy supply sources are one of the concerns of societies. Excessive consumption of nonrenewableresources, including fossil fuels and environmental pollution, leads people to use renewable andclean energy sources. Considering that solar energy is one of the available and clean sources of energy, inthis study we examined the income from the electricity produced by a ۵ kW solar power plant in Iran. Thehighest efficiency of the power plant was obtained in June and July and the lowest efficiency was obtained inDecember and January. In this article, two effective factors including adjustment rate and governmentpolicies on power plant income have been investigated. The adjustment rate increases monthly depending onthe inflation rate, and as a result, the income of the solar power plant increases. However, due to economicproblems in Iran, the government has reduced the power plant's income by reducing the price of electricity by۱۴۴۴۲۱ and this decision has a negative impact on investment in using solar energy.
