Auxetic pressure springs were used in this paper to produce a numerical model and verify the furniture seats' quality. The system stiffness is specified here based on their surface stiffness and contact pressure distribution. The impact of seat modification with foam is examined on the comfort of the seat. The proposed numerical model effectively simulates complex, multilayer systems made of materials with nonlinear characteristics, enabling rapid prototyping of these systems. Then, the auxetic pressure spring car seats are examined to determine the quality. The important results are achieved which fit the empirical analyses. Stiffness and comfort of utilization were comparable among the examined seats. Furthermore, numerical modeling can be used to rapidly prototype multilayer systems consisting of materials with nonlinear properties with complex geometry. Empirical verification of numerical results was performed, and interpretations of these results were established concerning the scale of errors. It can be concluded from the outcomes that high-quality auxetic materials have the potential to revolutionize many industries, including those dealing with personal safety, medicine, and sensors.
