Determination of FMDL Based on Industries Load Management Programs

Industrial customers are requested to reduce their consumption, during network peak period. In order to do that some incentive criteria should be considered for customers to encourage them to participate in load control programs. In this paper a new load control method is presented that is based on load management criteria and used to determine each “Factory Maximum Demand Level” (FMDL). All load management criteria along with their respective weighting factors are described individually. Finally a case study to demonstrate the workability of the proposed method is presented.
