The point of view of the legal systems of the world based on the values and principles governing their society in dealing with the phenomenon of abortion

Abortion is considered as a social problem in all human societies. In such a way that the health of the family and society faces a problem. A large number of children, gender, family disputes, frequent and unwanted pregnancies, illicit sexual relations, lack of education, lack of accurate knowledge of fertility control methods, economic, social reasons and requests of parents and other similar cases can be considered as the causes of this huge and widespread problem. The laws and implementation policies related to abortion in different legal systems include three ruling views. The first view is an absolute prohibition, while paying attention to the right to life of the fetus and its complete human being. The second view is the absolute freedom of abortion. The fetus is constantly paying attention to the mother's right to life and its precedence over the fetus's right to life, and is often helped by interpretations such as women's rights. The third view is the relative freedom of abortion, which means that this view basically allows abortion under certain conditions. And based on this point of view, the legal systems of the world have dealt with the phenomenon of abortion based on the values, principles and foundations governing their society.
