Background and Purpose: Since in most emergency situations, emergency service workers are the first people to attend, it is very important to identify the risk of their job burnout. Moral tension is one of the major problems of nurses that may occur for various reasons. Among the consequences of moral tension, we can mention a decrease in self-confidence, job burnout, job dissatisfaction and depression. Since the nurses working in the special care and emergency departments are more likely to face moral stress due to the nature of their work, this study aims to investigate the relationship between the moral stress of nurses and job burnout in the emergency medical staff of Imam Khomeini and Taleghani Hospital and related factors. Done with that.Research method: In this study, ۱۳۰ emergency medical workers and nurses working in Imam Khomeini and Taleghani hospitals of Urmia were randomly selected and examined, data collection and analysis using questionnaires and descriptive statistics and library sources. And referring to books, articles and internet resources has been done.Findings: Nurses and emergency medicine play an essential role in promoting the general health of the people, and due to the nature of their job, nurses are exposed to risks caused by unhealthy lifestyles, and emergency medical workers suffer from depersonalization, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and reduced success. They had moderate personal and burnout, and in terms of factors related to burnout, economic factors had the highest role and personal factors played the least role. Descriptive statistics and logistic regression were used to analyze the data. Findings: food (۶۴.۱ percent), sleeping hours (۶۰ percent), back pain control (۴۴.۷ percent), effective interpersonal communication (۴۲.۷ percent), weight loss (۳۹.۸ percent), need They had to promote health. Major sources of workplace stress include; High workload (۷۵.۹ percent), insufficient sleep (۷۱.۱ percent), inappropriate behavior of patients or their relatives (۵۴.۲ percent) and managers' behavior (۵۲.۵ percent).Conclusion: According to the results of this research and the importance of the emergency medical profession, it is important to remove the obstacles and problems in the role of emergency medical workers, and it is necessary for the officials to follow up and provide the necessary solutions in order to adapt the economic, environmental, managerial and personnel conditions of this group. help them Nurses are the largest professional group in the health care system, they can be an ideal model to improve the patients' side, but the knowledge of nurses in the field of health promotion does not lead to self-care in themselves. Communication skills are among the basic skills for living in the present age, nurses. Due to their job position, they must have enough skills to establish proper communication with colleagues and patients in order to benefit from the satisfaction and commitment of the organization and institution. Lifestyle and promotion behaviors are related to the quantity and quality of care.
