A look at the challenges of the health administrative system and its role in ensuring the right to public health of citizens

The right to the health of citizens is one of the obligations of governments and if it is observed in a correct manner and based on domestic and international laws, it plays an effective and significant role in the durability of governments in addition to public satisfaction.The importance of a healthy and efficient administrative system in any field is not hidden from anyone. And this administrative system should also be transformed and reformed over time. In this regard, finding the problems of the administrative system governing the health sector and solving the challenges of this administrative system in our country has a significant impact on the performance of the health system and achieving sustainable health goals in the society, which should be given special attention.Method: This article is written in a descriptive-analytical way, in a library format, with the tools of searching books, articles, laws and analytically checking the findings.Ethical considerations: Throughout this research, honesty and scientific integrity have been fully observed.Results: The findings of this study indicate that there are many administrative organizations operating in the field of public health, each of which is managed with its own special administrative mechanism, and this system needs serious revision and review. Also, the findings of this research show that one of the administrativesystems Effective in the area of citizens' right to health is the administrative system governing the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, which plays an effective and significant role in citizens' enjoyment of the right to health. Therefore, it is necessary to address the issues and problems of the administrative system in the field of health, especially the administrative system governing the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education. be reviewed and corrected.Conclusion: The health administrative system in Iran is facing many challenges that need serious and quick reform. It seems that the administrative system governing the public health of citizens, especially the administrative system governing the Ministry of Health, Medical Treatment and Education in the departments of administrative organization and structure, human resources management, Administrative, inspection and supervision laws and regulations need to be amended so that in this way, citizens' right to health can be ensured in accordance with domestic and international laws and regulations.
