Pathology of children's presence in virtual space and the way to prevent it in the light of good governance

Virtual space has entered as a necessity in human life, but due to its vastness and difficult conditions in controlling it, today it plays a destructive role in some aspects of human life. The present study has studied the pathology of children's presence in virtual space and its prevention in the light of good governance using a descriptive and analytical method. Since the optimal governance system is known as an efficient system that plays an important role in protecting the rights of citizens. Children in the virtual space are exposed to many psychological harms, and not paying attention to this matter can not only destroy their rights to benefit from the virtual space, but also cause damage to the values of the society. of cyberspace for children and taking preventive measures in order to protect public order. In this way, using the capabilities of the FATA police, the judiciary's crime prevention department, the powers of the prosecutor's office, as well as the capacities of the Ministry of Education, have taken fundamental steps in order to protect the rights of children in the virtual space and prevent their psychological harm.
