چکیده مقاله:
Background and purpose: Today, paying attention to urban rights and issues, including crimes against public health, is an important and necessary matter, it should be considered by policymakers, and in the meantime, the issue of testimony in criminal matters is more important, because in criminal matters, it is not possible to collect evidence and documents and such matters. Often, crimes that must be proven in court must be presented through the testimony of witnesses. Therefore, this article examines the concealment of testimony in medical and pharmaceutical crimes and crimes against public health.Method: This research is of a theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is library-based and was done by referring to documents, books and articles.Ethical considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.Findings: The findings of the research indicate that the role of concealment of testimony in crimes against public health is of great importance in the light of the right to health, as well as the most important manifestations of concealment of testimony in medical and pharmaceutical crimes, including concealment of testimony in diseases, in crimes of medical staff and abuse. Includes.Conclusion: Judicial justice is an ideal in every society, and the people of that society are always on the way to use methods to achieve this goal. Therefore, it should be done by using the capacity of various institutions and understanding the importance of protecting the health of citizens and preventing the concealment of testimony to criminalization as a crime against judicial justice. Therefore, appropriate strategies should be implemented at various levels to deal with medical and pharmaceutical crimes and crimes against public health and to prevent the concealment of testimony as a crime against judicial justice.
