چکیده مقاله:

The right to health is one of the most important and fundamental rights of every individual and every society, and its importance has been emphasized in international human rights documents. As we know, according to the definition of the World Health Organization, health has various dimensions, in addition to the physical, psychological and social dimensions, in the ۲۰th century, spirituality was also proposed as the fourth dimension of health and was approved in the ۳۷th annual World HealthAssembly in ۱۹۸۴. It should be mentioned that due to the various definitions of cultural, social, religious and religious differences, spiritual health researchers are in an aura of ambiguity and it is a factor for the difficulty of a comprehensive definition of the said right. For this reason, it is better to better understand and recognize the right to spiritual health, the different views of human societies on this right, its impact on all aspects of health, and the position of the right to health and spiritual health in international human rights documents. Since spiritual health plays a significant role in the health of individuals and society and the creation of peace and tranquility, the discussion of the need for the attention of the international community in human rights documents, the responsibilities and obligations of governments in realizing the said right in society and its expansion will be considered, although The conditions of governments in providing and guaranteeing the right to health are not the same, and governments cannot fully support people's health, but they can provide conditions that make it possible for people to enjoy health in all dimensions and use comfort facilities. Governments definitely have an obligation to comply, support and implement. In this research, an attempt has been made to address the ambiguities and challenges of the concept of spiritual health and its place in documents, the commitment of governments, and the use of applicable methods to institutionalize and influence spiritual health on people. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and the library method was used to collect the materials.
