Seawater desalination is a promising solution to alleviate water scarcity and provide a sustainable source of freshwater. This research introduces a new desalination technology called "desalination Pipeline," which enables simultaneous desalination and high-quality water transfer to arid regions where existing facilities are unable to transport distilled water.The research has been conducted in the targeted region of Gagra city, specifically for the georgia conference, leading to the decision to select a case study within the city. The study determines the production and transfer rate of distilled water based on climatic and environmental conditions in two target areas. The proposed pipeline system is designed to provide purified water consistently throughout the year. For a ۲-meter diameter pipeline, the water production rate is estimated at ۱.۶-۵.۹ liters per second (about ۱۱۰,۰۰۰ cubic meters per year), and for a ۱-meter diameter pipeline, it is ۰.۲-۰.۹ liters per second (about ۱۷,۰۰۰ cubic meters per year). The system is not reliant on traditional water resources but uses seawater, ensuring a permanent water source if well-maintained
