چکیده مقاله:

This article delves into the realm of cinematic storytelling by introducing and elucidating the concept of "Quantum Uncertainty Engines," inspired by Schrödinger's cat experiment. Through detailed analyses of case studies, particularly Christopher Nolan's "Inception" and David Lynch's "Mulholland Drive," deliberate employment of narrative uncertainty as a transformative strategy in filmmaking is made apparent. These Quantum Uncertainty Engines challenge traditional storytelling paradigms within narrative frameworks, urging audiences to become active participants in meaning-making. The research not only highlights the delicate balance between uncertainty and coherence but also sheds light on the nuanced emotional and intellectual responses stemming from deliberate narrative ambiguity. The significance of this study lies in aiding the evolution of latent cinematic narratives and providing filmmakers with a powerful and novel tool for storytelling. Furthermore, it maps out future trajectories for interdisciplinary research at the intersection of quantum-inspired narratives, technological advancements, and audience engagement. As filmmakers stand on the brink of a new era, the deliberate injection of uncertainty emerges as a catalyst for redefining the viewer's role from a passive observer to an engaged collaborator in the art of storytelling.
