Recent years have witnessed a notable shift towards embracing medicinal plantsover synthetic drugs, driven by various factors. However, the burgeoning interest in these natural remedieshas also raised concerns regarding overexploitation, potentially endangering certain plant species and theirhabitats. In tandem with these developments, technological advancements have heralded new methodsaimed at enhancing the cultivation and refining the processing techniques involved in utilizing medicinalplants. This review article delves into the Application of Biotechnologies in both the production andprocessing of medicinal flora.
