چکیده مقاله:

Identifying the structure of plant virus nanoparticles (PVNPS) and using them in the field ofpharmaceutical nanotechnology has provided satisfactory results in the field of oncology. Havingcharacteristics such as biodegradability, lack of pathogenicity in humans, small dimensions, ease of geneticmanipulation and direct transfer of PVNPs to the target cells makes them efficient nanocarriers to transfertherapeutic agents to cancer tissue with a minimal negative effect on healthy cells so they can significantlyincrease the possible recovery of patients. Moreover, the potential of the genome-free structure of plant nanoviruses in stimulating the human innate immune system can be considered an important property. This articlediscusses in vitro and in vivo studies on the role of PVNPs in transferring anticancer drugs and stimulatingthe innate immune system.
