This review explores the many applications for electrospun (E-spun) nanofibers, spanning fromenvironmental concerns to biomedical solutions. E-spun nanofibers exhibit unique characteristics, including ahigh surface area and customizable structures, making them invaluable across diverse fields. The discussionencompasses their use in filtration, separation, and insulation, highlighting breakthroughs in hazardoussubstance adsorption and precious metal catalyst carriers. The impact of E-spun nanofibers on energytechnologies is elucidated through their role in sensitized solar cells, piezoelectric nanogenerators, andtriboelectric nanogenerators. Examples of novel applications in bioengineering and insights into ongoingresearch underscore the promise of E-spun nanofibers in addressing contemporary challenges. As industrieslike food, drug systems, cosmetics, and medicine explore new frontiers, E-spun nanofibers emerge as apromising solution with significant potential for future innovations.
