Preparation and Characterization of Melamine Formaldehyde Nanocapsules containing Aromatic oil and Determination of Critical micelle concentration of emulsions

the current study, Melamine-Formaldehyde Nanocapsules containing Aromatic oil were preparedusing sonication method and characterized by different instrumental techniques. Critical micelleconcentrations (cmc's) of emulsion (AromaticOil+ SDS +water) solutions is determined by aconductance technique. The structure and properties of nanocapsules were investigated by ScanningElectron Microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR). The resultsshowed that the spherical Melamin- Formaldehyde nanocapsule dispersed vividly with averagediameter ۲۰ nm. FT-IR showed no interaction was observed between encapsulated core andnanocpsule shell constituents. In order to measure the critical point of micelles in eleven cells,different amounts of SDS surfactant were added to the test tube containing an equal ratio of oil topolymer. An equivalent circuit of the sample cell is determined, and the solution resistance isobtained from the impedance plane plot. finally, the critical micelle concentration was measured at۰.۰۱۴ g, which led to the production of a more stable emulsion.
