چکیده مقاله:
Herein, cellulose acetate (CA) nanofibers, an abundant biopolymer on the planet, were fabricated via theelectrospinning technique by finding suitable solvents based on morphology, conditioning electrospinningparameters, and surveying superiority deacetylation systems, to save time and resources in CA nanofiberselectrospun by researchers. SEM and FTIR were performed to check the surface morphology and analyze thechemical components, respectively.SEM images illustrated that the electrospun CA nanofibers made up of acetone/dimethyl acetamide (۲:۱)solvents were without beads at a high concentration (۱۵% w/v) and relatively high voltage (۲۳kV).Additionally, the solution made up of acetone/dimethyl formamide (۲:۱) solvents had CA nanofibers withmany beads in a medium concentration (۱۰% w/v) and high voltage (۲۵ kV). According to FTIR, completedeacetylation was acquired by ۰.۵ M KOH/ethanol, but not via ۰.۰۵ N NaOH. Therefore, based on purposessuch as economic production (needing low voltage and low material usage), and the benefit or defectexistence of beads, every binary solvent system can be chosen. Moreover, the KOH/ethanol solution due to itsstrong alkalinity can completely regenerate cellulose from CA nanofibers.
