In accordance with the PRISMA steps, the following keywords and their combinations were used: Adiponectin, Nesfatin-۱, and PCOS.Results: A total of ۲۸ high-quality articles were identified, of which ۲۳ were related to adiponectin (Four reported no significant association and ۱۹ reported a negative and significant association with PCOS) and ۵ articles were related to Nesfatin-۱ (۴ reported a negative and significant association and one reported no association). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that levels of adiponectin and nesfatin-۱ hormones may be appropriate predictors of PCOS.
