چکیده مقاله:
Today the quality of products manufactured by industrial factories has become a challenging issue for their market share in the competitive world. The design of experiments(DOE)methodology as one of the modern quality improvement methods , identifies the key factors influencing product quality and optimize their levels by conducting experimental designs. The main objective of DOE is to achieve the desired product quality by optimizing the process parameters of factors. It helps in understanding how different factors interact with each other and how they collectively influence the final product. DOE enables you to find the best combination of factors that result in the desired quality characteristics.Investment casting(IC) is one of the methods used to manufacture complex and precise components in various industries, including the gas turbine components are manufactured investment casting due to the need for high accuracy and superior qualityIn this study factorial design, one of the DOE methods has been used to investigate the influential parameters on the quality of a gas turbine component produced by investment casting.
