چکیده مقاله:
The constant current source circuit plays a crucial role in electrical impedance tomography (EIT) for accurate impedance measurements. With the proposed circuit design, we have achieved satisfactory results with low noise and significant stability for semiconductor samples. This paper provides a concise review of the design and injection techniques of current sources in EIT. The objectives of the circuit design include low output impedance, high stability, precise current control, and minimal interference with the target impedance. Various research methods, such as the use of operational amplifiers, feedback control loops, and precision resistors, are explored. The distinctive achievements of current source designs in EIT are highlighted, including improved image quality, enhanced measurement accuracy, and robustness against external disturbances. The utilization of operational amplifiers and feedback control loops contributes to maintaining a stable and accurate current output. Additionally, the incorporation of precision resistors ensures precise control over the current levels injected into the target impedance. These advancements in current source circuitry have led to significant improvements in EIT applications. The improved image quality allows for better visualization and analysis of the electrical properties of the samples. Moreover, the enhanced measurement accuracy enables more accurate impedance quantification, which is crucial in various scientific and medical applications. The robustness against external disturbances ensures reliable measurements even in the presence of environmental noise or variations. However, challenges still exist in current source circuitry for EIT. Further research is required to optimize the circuit design, reduce artifacts, and enhance the overall performance. Nonetheless, this review provides valuable insights into the progress and potential of current source circuitry in EIT applications.
