چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of organizational knowledge management and organizational intelligence on organizational excellence with the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities among employees of Isfahan municipality. This descriptive-correlational research is based on the structural equation model with an applied nature and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population in this research included ۱,۲۰۰ municipal employees in all regions of Isfahan, of which ۲۹۱ were selected based on Cochran's sample size using convenience sampling. The data of this research was collected through the organizational knowledge management questionnaire of Nonaka and Takeuchi (۱۹۹۵), organizational intelligence Albrecht (۲۰۰۲), organizational excellence based on the EFQM model, dynamic capabilities of Naghizadeh et al. (۲۰۱۲). Content and face validity were used to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha was used to confirm the reliability. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in SPSS and Smart PLS software. According to the results of stepwise regression analysis, the best predictor of organizational excellence was in the variable of knowledge management (combination, socialization, externalization) and in the variable of organizational intelligence (willingness to change, application of knowledge, courage and courage). The best predictor of organizational excellence was in the variable of dynamic capabilities (learning ability, environmental perception ability, absorption ability, coordination ability, rearrangement ability). The best predictor of dynamic capabilities was in the variable of organizational knowledge management (combination, externalization) and in the variable of organizational intelligence (willingness to change, strategic vision, alliance and agreement) .
