چکیده مقاله:
A series of supports were synthesized using two methods of sol-gel and oil-drop. In this work, thesimultaneous effects of P۱۲۳ surfactant, promoters (cerium, zirconium, and boron), and ethanol solventon catalytic activity for the Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis (FTS) were studied. Cobalt catalysts wereprepared using the incipient wetness impregnation method on γ-alumina granules for FTS in a fixed-bedreactor. All the prepared granules Co catalysts were characterized using BET and XRD techniques. TheFTS operation condition was carried out at T=۵۰۳K, P=۱۵ bar, H۲/CO = ۲, and space velocity ۵.۱ NL·g−۱·h−۱. Our results clearly showed that the catalytic evaluation of the Co catalysts supported on γ-alumina,concerning, for, to the activity and selectivity of C۵+ products was increased by the addition of surfactantand promoters in FTS. Also, the Co catalysts supported with γ-alumina P۱۲۳ surfactant were more activethan the Co catalysts supported with γ-alumina. In addition, the morphologies of the γ-alumina supportedgranules were changed by surfactant and promoters. Meanwhile, the addition the simultaneous of P۱۲۳surfactant and Ce promoter with ethanol solvent remarkably influenced the improvement of activity, selectivity, and stability of the catalyst as well.
