چکیده مقاله:

One of the basic indicators of sustainable development and empowerment is women's political participation in the national and international decision-making process. Empowering women is the process of empowering women. Empowerment can be defined in many ways, however, when talking about women's empowerment, empowerment means accepting and including people (women) who are outside the decision-making process. "It places great emphasis on participation in political structures and formal decision-making, and in the economic sphere on the ability to earn an income that enables participation in economic decision-making." Empowerment is a process that creates strength in individuals throughout their lives, society and in their communities. If people have access without any restrictions and limitations such as their education, profession and lifestyle, they will be empowered. Feeling entitled to make your own decisions creates a sense of power. Empowerment includes action to raise the status of women through education, raising awareness, literacy, and training as well as self-defense training. Empowering women is actually equipping and allowing women to make life-determining decisions through various problems in society. Political empowerment supports the creation of policies that best support gender equality and women's empowerment in both the public and private spheres. The methods that have been suggested are the creation of positive action policies that have the quota of the number of women in policy-making and parliamentary positions. As of ۲۰۱۷, the global average for women holding lower and lower house parliamentary positions is ۲۳.۶%. More recommendations have been made about increasing women's suffrage, voice opinions and the ability to run for office with a decent chance of being elected. Because women are typically associated with childcare and household responsibilities, they spend less time entering the labor market and managing their own businesses. Policies that increase their bargaining power within the family include policies that consider divorce cases, policies for better welfare of women, and policies that allow women to control resources (such as property rights).
