چکیده مقاله:
Children and underage workforce experience today’s employment gradually diversifying, and there are still no flagships in legislative methods that mixedly incorporate juveniles and adolescents in the labor. A lot of youth suffer a lot from their parents which provides them little or not even any financial or personality security. So it gets harder for them to change and find a way to financial stability. Currently, the small child minimum wage does not apply under FLSA, hence, further child labor laws may be necessary and be written in the future. Whilst this question is largely dependent on laborious connotations of social media when the federal government suggests the limits is the point of contention. Filters established by FLSA are already in place and they do not affect the children, but possibly, additional rules are needed. As regards the laws on the national level and programs of the state governments, which must be the subject of particular consideration and the development of protection measures. Social media marketing is long-lasting and up-to-date, but the field of child actors is one that is highly disliked. The governments will need to produce codes of conduct by which organized oversight can be carried out and create particular child labor laws to monitor any long-term consequences while at the same time pushing for kid-centered acts.
