چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, a reconfigurable logic circuit based on Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor (CNTFET) is presented which can implement ۷ different logical functions. The logical functions that can be provided by the proposed structure by changing the control signals are: NAND, NOR, AND, OR, XOR, XNOR and NOT. The whole structure of the proposed reconfigurable logic circuit can be implemented with ۴۴ transistors. The proposed design based on CNTFET was simulated using HSPICE simulator tool. In the supply voltages of ۰.۸, ۰.۶۵ and ۰.۵ V and at the frequency of ۱۰۰ MHz with the load capacitor of ۲.۱ fF which are placed in the output of the proposed design and also at the same three mentioned voltages and at the frequency of ۲۵۰ MHz with the load capacitor ۳.۵ fF, the proposed CNTFET-based design was simulated. With a supply voltage of ۰.۵ V and a frequency of ۲۵۰ MHz, the maximum propagation delay, average power consumption, and power delay product (PDP) of the proposed design were obtained ۲۱۵.۶۹ ps, ۴۷ nW, and ۹.۳۱۸ aJ, respectively. By performing different analyses, such as changing the output capacitor load, changing the frequency and changing the ambient temperature, the performance of the proposed design was evaluated in different situations.
