چکیده مقاله:
Construction Site Layout Plan (CSLP) problems are among the most important project management challenges. Optimizing CSLP and related issues is one of the most important goals in any project. This paper discusses the optimization of CSLP using fuzzy value parameters based on the meta-heuristic method. The proposed method and model use fuzzy values to investigate and solve the CSLP problem. The problem hypothesis in question is considered as fuzzy random variables, and the capacity of each facility is assumed to be unlimited. This paper covers a modern, nature-inspired method called the whale algorithm and the local search method. To evaluate the efficiency and performance of the proposed method ،we apply this method to CSLP models in which fuzzy coefficients are used. The numerical optimization results show that the proposed method performs better than conventional methods.
