چکیده مقاله:

This review article examines the role of grassroots approaches to passive defense in fostering food sovereignty and community resilience. The main research question addressed in this review is how grassroots initiatives contribute to food security and community resilience by employing passive defense strategies. A comprehensive literature review, followed by an analysis of selected case studies, forms the basis of this review. Findings reveal that grassroots approaches promote local control over resources, sustainable agricultural practices, and democratic decision-making processes, which in turn contribute to food sovereignty and community resilience. The review also highlights the implications of these findings for food security, community resilience, and policy-making, while identifying limitations in the existing research and suggesting avenues for future research. In conclusion, the review underscores the importance of grassroots approaches in building a more just, sustainable, and resilient global food system.
