چکیده :

مفهوم حقوق بشر، که مجموعه ای از اصول اساسی و جهان شمول در مورد حقوق و آزادی های ذاتی هر فرد است، پس از جنگ جهانی دوم به طور برجسته مطرح شد. این استانداردها که ریشه در کرامت انسانی دارند، به عنوان هنجارهای بین المللی پذیرفته شده اند و برای تضمین رفاه و پیشرفت انسان ها تدوین شده اند. این پژوهش با رویکردی کیفی و توصیفی، به بررسی تحول مفهوم حقوق بشر در نسل های مختلف و در نظام های حقوقی گوناگون (آمریکا و اروپا، آفریقا، نظام بین آمریکایی و نظام اروپایی) می پردازد. یافته های این مطالعه نشان می دهد که حقوق بین الملل بشر در گذر زمان تکامل یافته و از نسل اول، که بر حقوق مدنی و سیاسی تمرکز داشت، به نسل دوم، که شامل حقوق اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی می شود، و نسل سوم، که ناظر بر حقوق مربوط به توسعه، صلح و محیط زیست است، گسترش یافته است. در نهایت، این پژوهش به این نتیجه می رسد که حقوق بین الملل بشر مجموعه ای از معاهدات و توافقات بین دولت ها است که تعهدات الزام آوری را برای آن ها در قبال اتباعشان و در تعاملات بین المللی ایجاد می کند.
