چکیده مقاله:
Yeasts as unicellular organisms have been of special importance in the biocontrol of agricultural productssince long ago. These organisms are able to settle on an environment for a long time by maintaining theirdeterrent power. So far, different species of yeasts have been identified. In this study, in order to introducetomato flora yeasts, sampling was done from the fruit, leaves and roots of this plant from severalgreenhouses. All isolates were isolated and purified in DRBC and PDA media and were grouped based onmacroscopic characteristics (color and colony shape), and ۱۷ isolates were identified. All isolates wereevaluated for the presence of secreted enzymes. ۵ isolates of protease production, ۶ isolates of pectinaseand starch production and esterase production were not observed in any of the isolates. In the molecularand phenotypic analysis of the sequence of D۱/D۲ region of ۲۸S rRNA gene, four isolates were introducedwith PCR۳R and V۹ primers. Introduced isolates include: Kabatiella microsticta, Blastobotrys sp.,Cytobasidium terricola, Naganishia vishniacii
