Over time, many developed cities have been able to become smart cities with the help of computer science and artificial intelligence. A smart city has six dimensions including smart economy, smart mobility, smart people, smart living, smart governance, and smart environment. Smart mobility itself includes smart transportation, which plays a significant role in economic development. One of the effective factors in smart transportation, followed by economic development and city development, is the use of smart vehicles. With the use of smart vehicles, infrastructures, and cities improve, and these factors make the conditions for economic development possible.
