چکیده مقاله:

In the present research, the co-precipitation process was used to produce the Er: BaWO۴ nanopowders (NPs), which were then dried at room temperature without using any surfactants or hazardous solvents. The fabricated NPs showed high sensitivity to proton irradiation. X-ray diffraction (XRD), confirmed the successful synthesis of nanopowders. According to the FESEM images, big irregular and tetragonal shapes of particles with the average diameter size of ۲۰۰ nm and ۳μm was found in the structure. A considerable luminescence emission was observed in the synthesized NPs under ion beam excitation source. As a result, synthesized Er: BaWO۴ is expected to have promising applications in optical application.
