چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this research is to analyze and investigate the impact of organizational culture variables, human resource quality and motivation as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variable. This study aims to reveal the influence of organizational culture, quality of human resources, motivation and discipline on employee work performance. This research has been done on ۳۰ respondents, who are permanent employees, and the analytical models used in this study were descriptive analysis, and Data was collected by meansof self-administered questionnaires.The results of this study showed that both simultaneously and partially the variables of organizational culture, Quality of Human Resources, Motivation and Discipline were proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
