Fournier,s gangrene in children:report of two cases

Fournier,s gangrene as an infectious necrotizing fascitis of the genitalia is A RARE UROLOGIC EMERGENCY.pediatric cases have been successfully managed with a more conservative surgical approach and have had a significant lower mortality rate compared to adults.in spite of this fact we report two cases in two ۶ and ۷ year old boys following circumcision which ended up in death.failure in treatment was due to late reffering and diabetes in one of them
