چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Glioblastoma (GBM) is a highly malignant primary brain tumor that is associated with poorprognosis and high recurrence rates. According to recent research, coagulation factors contribute to thePathogenesis of GBM. In this study, we used bioinformatics analysis to identify important genes in GBMinvolved in the coagulation signaling system. Methods: First, we analyzed the GSE ۱۰۴۲۶۷ dataset to obtain the genes that were significantly changed inexpression. In parallel, we used the MSigDB database to obtain the set of genes participating in the coagulationpathway. After sharing the genes obtained from the microarray analysis and the genes of the coagulationpathway. Genes that passed all these steps were entered into GEPIA, UALCAN, Kaplan Meier plotter, andTIMER databases for further studies. Results: Using the MSigDB database, we found ۱۳۸ genes that play a role in coagulation pathways. In the nextstep and after analyzing the GSE ۱۰۴۲۶۷ dataset, we filtered the genes considering adjusted p-value <۰.۰۵ and|Log FC| >۲. Then, we shared the genes obtained from the previous two filters with the coagulation pathwaygenes. Among the obtained genes, we separated those that were significantly changed between all four stagesof GBM. These genes were SERPINA۱, GSN, CSRP۱, OLR۱, TIMP۱, SERPING۱ and CD۹.Conclusion: In this study, we introduced coagulation pathway genes that play an important role in angiogenesisand cancer progression. These genes may be introduced as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers in the future.Targeting this pathway could be a new therapeutic approach for GBM.
