The application of microalgae in various industries like feed, food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical has accentuated the necessity of their isolation from nature. In some cases, experimental verifications are halted because of using inappropriate sampling or isolation methods. These limitations can be conquered by choosing more practical approaches.
