چکیده مقاله:

The often fatal Ebola virus disease (EVD) was first discovered in ۱۹۷۶ and re-emerged in ۲۰۱۴. It is a single-stranded, linear RNA virus and its genome contains ۷ proteins. Also, the length of this virus is ۸۰۰ to ۱۰۰۰ nm.The main source of this disease was fruit-eating bats.Four of these viruses cause dangerous and usually fatal hemorrhagic fevers in humans and other mammals, including (Zaire Ebola virus, Sudan virus, Tai Jungle virus, and Bundibugyo Ebola virus). The disease begins when possible joint transmission begins between animals and humans. Its biggest outbreak started in West Africa, where ۴ types of this virus have been identified so far.During the results of PCR tests by the mobile testing team of the Chinese laboratory in ۲۰۱۴ and ۲۰۱۵, they announced the symptoms of this disease, which included fever and digestive symptoms. The most common symptoms are fatigue, fever, anorexia, headache, vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, joint pain, muscle pain , that viral loads of this disease are seen more in people who have symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, fatigue or headache. Physiologically, the virus causes immunosuppression, abnormal inflammatory responses, massive loss of fluids and electrolytes, as well as reduced levels of blood clotting cells, leading to severe and uncontrollable bleeding and death. And the death rate increases. The mortality rate of this disease has been reported by the China Mobile Laboratory in patients aged ۱۵ to ۴۴ years with a low viral load. This disease can be transmitted through contact with some animals such as bats.Currently, no specific drug for this disease has been approved by FAD. The mechanism of the drugs currently being developed by FAD is to stop the virus from copying its genome.
