چکیده مقاله:

Introduction:Staff well-being plays a vital role in healthcare settings and has been acknowledged as a crucial factor in improving the quality of patient care. It is widely recognized that enhancing staff well-being can lead to improved processes, increased job satisfaction, and enhanced focus and creativity among personnel, ultimately resulting in higher quality patient care. The aim of this article is to review existing studies and examine the impact of staff well-being on the quality of patient care.Methods:To gather relevant studies, a comprehensive search was conducted in reputable databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The search s’rategy involved using keywords related to staff well-being, patient care, and quality. Studies discussing the influence of staff well-being on the quality of patient care were selected and reviewed. Finally, a systematic review and content analysis approach were employed to analyze the selected articles.Results:Through the analysis of review studies, it has been consistently confirmed that staff well-being has a positive and direct impact on the quality of patient care. Staff well-being encompasses various factors, including compensation and benefits, facilities, organizational work environment, and colleague interactions. Improving staff well-being leads to increased job satisfaction, reduced fatigue and stress, and enhanced focus and creativity among personnel, ultimately resulting in improved quality of patient care.Discussion:The current research provides compelling evidence that staff well-being plays a significant role in improving the quality of patient care. Healthcare organizations should prioritize initiatives aimed at enhancing staff well-being. Providing fair compensation and benefits, creating a suitable work environment and facilities, and fostering collaboration and interactions among colleagues are key factorsin improving staff well-being. These measures not only contribute to enhancing the quality of care butalso lead to increased patient satisfaction.Conclusion:In conclusion, staff well-being has a direct and positive impact on the quality of patient care. Healthcareorganizations should recognize the importance of staff well-being and implement strategies to improveit. Despite the potential limitations and challenges, further research and appropriate measures canachieve significant improvements in the quality of patient care.
