Our country has been under the pressure of unjust sanctions for many years, and the only way to relieve this pressure is through the utilization of knowledge and the development of a knowledge-based economy, as well as projects and all the necessary components for the progress and prosperity of a nation. Therefore, paying attention to and emphasizing this issue can be very important in the strategies of knowledge-based initiatives. This article, from the perspective of its goals, is practical in nature. The data used were obtained through library research and the study of articles and theses from the past five years. The study was conducted on a statistical population of ۲۱۲ personnel from the Islamabad Gharb Petrochemical Industries Company, who were randomly selected. The data were analyzed using the Smart PLS ۴ software.The results show that managerial and planning factors, financial and budgetary aspects, human resources, and cultural factors, in that order, have the most significant impact on the successful implementation of knowledge-based strategic initiatives in the Islamabad Gharb Petrochemical Industries Company. Structural and infrastructural factors have a reverse effect on the advancement of these programs.
