Quality of life (QoL) can be viewed as a subjective assessment of different aspects of human behaviour. Personality is a factor which determines actions taken by individuals and their tendency to perceive reality in a particular way. It may be assumed that personality may influence the QoL of an individual. The objectives of the present study are as follows: ۱. the relationship between personality traits and quality of life ۲. Find out the significant predictor/s of Quality of Life. The study is cross sectional in nature. The present study was carried out on ۲۱۰ adolescents. The age range of participants were ۱۴-۱۹ years (mean age ۱۶.۸۷ and standard deviation- ۲.۹۵). Snowball sampling was used in the present study. Responses were collected via online mode. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for the statistical treatment of the data. The findings indicated that significant and positive relationship between physical dimension of quality of life and openness to experience and significant and negative relationship between physical dimension of quality of life and neuroticism. Significant and positive relationship between psychological dimension of quality of life and extraversion and conscientiousness and negative relationship between psychological dimension of quality of life and neuroticism. Extraversion and neuroticism are found to be significant predictors of quality of life. The implication of the finding has also been discussed.
