چکیده مقاله:
Introduction: According to the statistics obtained from the Perls's results in Iran and also according to the statistics of the survivors of education this year, the increasing importance of the role of motivation among learners is felt more concretely than in the past. According to the fact that the lack of interest of learners in education is a global problem, the present research was carried out. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the behavioral impacts of teachers on the motivation of learners in Iran. Methods: The study method was archival research. Therefore, the method relies on looking at records from the last few decades to look for important patterns or agents. Conclusion: Every student has the natural ability to learn, but its improvement is dependent on the teachers’ involvement. Also, the studies showed that motivation has had a direct and effective impact on the aspects of learning. Therefore, the external support of learners by teachers increases their motivation extrinsic and helps them to facilitate their learning.
